Application
For the production of cement screeds according to BS 8204 which can be floating, on underfloor heating, bonded or on separation layers.
Description
Highly innovative, strength enhancing high-performance screed additive for the production of cement screeds with target-oriented workability.
Features and benefits:
- Reduces the need for cement by 20%.
- Can reduce CO₂ emissions by 48% by switching from CEM I to CEM II cement.
- Can be processed with cement types CEM I 42.5 R/N and CEM II A-LL 42.5 R/N according to DIN EN 197.
- Workability adjustable through dosage.
- Reduction of the air void content in the dried screed.
- Increases the compressibility of the screed during installation without any additional effort.
- Very good application properties due to easier and faster levelling.
- Insensitive to moisture so also suitable for permanently wet areas.
- Improvement in thermal conductivity compared with cement screeds without RETANOL® REDUCER 48.
