For the production of cement screeds according to BS 8204 which can be floating, on underfloor heating, bonded or on separation layers.

Description

Highly innovative, strength enhancing high-performance screed additive for the production of cement screeds with target-oriented workability.

Features and benefits:

  • Reduces the need for cement by 20%.
  • Can reduce CO₂ emissions by 48% by switching from CEM I to CEM II cement.
  • Can be processed with cement types CEM I 42.5 R/N and CEM II A-LL 42.5 R/N according to DIN EN 197.
  • Workability adjustable through dosage.
  • Reduction of the air void content in the dried screed.
  • Increases the compressibility of the screed during installation without any additional effort.
  • Very good application properties due to easier and faster levelling.
  • Insensitive to moisture so also suitable for permanently wet areas.
  • Improvement in thermal conductivity compared with cement screeds without RETANOL® REDUCER 48.
