Roof access hatch with 80 mm insulated, thermally broken construction and gas spring-assisted opening, powder-coated as standard. A roof hatch with scissor stairs is available in five combinations.
Application
- The Small+ scissor stair model is suitable for use in small spaces with a maximum ceiling height of 3000 mm. The scissor stair folds out to 500 mm, while the roof hatch has a compact clearance of 700 x 1000 mm.
- The Large Electric scissor stair model provides generous access to the roof and is available for ceiling heights of maximum 3000 or 3500 mm. The roof hatch has an opening of 700 x 1400 mm.
- The Large+ scissor stair model provides generous access to the roof and is available for ceiling heights of maximum 3000 or 3500 mm. The roof hatch has an opening of 700 x 1400 mm.
- The Large fireproof scissor stair model provides generous access to the roof and is available for ceiling heights of maximum 3000. The roof hatch has an opening of 700 x 1400 mm.
- The XL+ scissor stair model was developed in part to reach higher lift machine rooms and utility rooms, and is supplied with an Aboma certificate for access to (lift) machine rooms in accordance with EN-ISO 14122-3. The 480-mm wide stair treads and larger roof hatch with an opening of 1000 x 1500 mm simplify taking materials to upper areas/ roof.
- Small+, Large+ and XL+ can be supplemented with bridging steps.

Description
Roof hatches with scissor stairs providing practical and safe access to flat roofs for a range of applications.
Roof hatches combined with a scissor stair are particularly suitable for applications where occasional but also frequent access to the roof is required. When the scissor stair is folded, you always have free space under the hatch.
Roof hatches can be installed on flat roofs with a maximum slope of 30°.
