Saint-Astier® NHL 5 - Tradi 100 - Cement-Free Natural Hydraulic Lime

Saint-Astier® NHL 5 - Tradi 100, The Roman Lime is suitable for a range of projects, including lime concrete, injection, grouting, rendering, masonry, pointing, capping, mass wall bedding, foundation, sea defence walls, chimney stacks, new build (masonry).

It balances elasticity and mechanical performance, making it appropriate for both external works in traditional buildings, sensitive heritage sites, and new builds.

• High freeze-thaw resistance.
• Breathable, workable and reliable. Designed to be resistant to sulphates and salts.
• Reworkable within 8 hours.
• Available in 25 kg bags and 1 ton pallets (40 bags).

Application method:

• Always test product on a small area before using.
• Can be mixed with cement mixer. Application by spray gun possible.
• Recommended working temperature between 8°C and 30°C.
• Ensure high-suction substrates are thoroughly dampened before application. Avoid rapid drying due to high temperatures and strong winds by covering with hessian and curing with a light water mist as necessary. Re-seal open bags as soon as possible. 
• Before repointing, ensure all dust and debris are removed by washing with a light water spray and the joints are dampened to the back of the joint.
