Larsen Streetscape Seal Plus 3 in 1 is a water-based acrylic hybrid dispersion paving sealer, sand stabilizer and protector suitable for most paving.

Features and benefits:

Sand stabilization - provides accelerated joint stabilization which helps to prevent erosion of sand filled joints through vacuum sweeping, pressure washing and heavy rainfall.
Sealer - provides excellent stain resistance to the surface of the paver ensuring ongoing cleaning regimes are quick, easy and cost effective.
Protector - eases the effort required to remove chewing gum by greatly reducing its adhesion to many surfaces.
