Suitable for a range of projects where U-values are already achieved within the framed substrate, including high-rise buildings and new build projects.

Description

Render carrier board system for steel frame substrates. This system achieves a system fire classification of A2-s1,d0 to BS EN 13501-1, allowing it to be used on a building of any height.

Engineered to excel in the UK climate, it has a silicone render finish coat. The Wetherby RagRail helps to simplify the installation of this system.

The A1 Wetherby Carrier Board can be fixed to either metal Wetherby cavity rails or timber battens to create a protective cavity behind the non-combustible board.

Nullifire FS703.

Guidance for specification option:

FS703 is a low modulus, neutral cure, silicone sealant, suitable for linear gaps sealing in order to reinstate the fire performance in compartment walls and floors. Available in white as standard and black and grey upon request (may be subject to minimum order quantities). Consult manufacturer's literature for more details.

Wetherby aluminium base rail with treated timber battens.
