Application

Typically fixed back to a non-combustible trapezoidal metal profile or metal frames with a pressure-equalized, ventilated cavity.
The reveal panel is also suitable for use as a soffit plank system.
Can also be used as a rainscreen panel.

Description

Intalok ® interlocking reveal panel suitable for cladding applications. Installation is straightforward, one panel interlocking into the next with a concealed fixing.

Features and benefits:

Suitable for vertical/horizontal/diagonal cladding applications. Ideal for use as a soffit application or on a rainscreen facade where a rigid, flat, high aesthetic requirement is needed.
Material - A1/A2 Fire Rated dependent on choice of finish
Panels can also be employed to clad small surfaces such as dormers, fascias or gables.
Can be manufactured in various widths/ shadow gap combinations.
Bespoke perforated and slotted reveal panel design available, consult manufacturer for details.

Resistance to cracking on rapid deformation to EN 13523-5 and ASTM D 2749: No cracking, no loss of adhesion.
Resistance to cracking on bending to EN 13523-7 and ASTM D 870: Very good flexibility (0.5T).
Water immersion (and humidity) resistance to EN 13523-9/ 25 and ASTM D 870/ 2247: 3000 h.
