Description

Underfloor heating systems suitable for a variety of flooring projects.

Features and benefits:

  • Increased comfort: Provides consistent and evenly distributed heat, which can help create a more comfortable living space.
  • Energy efficiency: Can be more energy-efficient than traditional radiators, as they heat the entire room rather than just the air around a radiator.
  • Flexibility: Can be used with a variety of flooring types.
  • Space-saving: Hidden system, so they don’t take up valuable wall or floor space like traditional radiators do.
  • Easy to use: Can be controlled by a thermostat, so the desired temperature can be easily set and maintained.
  • Health Benefits: Can help reduce issues such as allergies, respiratory problems, and dampness, as it creates a clean and dry environment.
  • Radiant Heat: Has a higher radiant heat component allowing the human body to feel equally comfortable at an air temperature 1℃ to 2℃ less than a traditional radiator system, therefore saving energy.

Types:

  • Mesh Fixing System - Designed for use in a screed, our mesh system is based on using cable ties or similar to fix pipe to reinforced steel mesh grid (by others).

  • Staple Fixing System - Designed for use in a screed, our Staple system provides an outstandingly strong fix utilizing more barbs than traditional staples. This ensures hassle-free fixing, vastly reducing the potential of clips or pipe to lift.

  • Cliprail Fixing System - Designed for use in a screed our Cliprail system is supplied with barbs built-in, saving time by removing the need for self-adhesive strips or additional clips.

  • Castellated Plate - Designed for use in a screed, our castellated plate system can be supplied with or without EPS backing, making this product a great way of combining the insulation layer and pipe fixing method into one.

  • Ultra-Low lift self-level Fixing System - Designed for a minimal floor lift, our ultra-low lift plate system sits just 15 mm in height and is supplied with a self-adhesive backing for ease of installation.

  • Cement-faced boards Fixing System - Designed specifically for a tiled or stone finish this system comprises pre-grooved cement-coated high-density XPS panels.

  • 22 mm T&G Floorboard Fixing System - Designed specifically for joisted floors, our structural T&G floorboard system incorporates 12 mm pipe and combines fixing system, floor system and heat diffusion in one panel.

  • EPS/XPS In-between Joist System Fixing System - Designed specifically for joisted floors, this system can be supplied to suit either 400 or 600 mm joist centres, and in either 50 mm XPS or 25 mm EPS insulation for 16 mm pipe at 200 mm centres.

  • EPS/XPS Floating Floor System Fixing System - Panels available in EPS or XPS in a variety of thicknesses from as little as 18 mm total height. Panels routed for either 12 or 16 mm pipe and available for 150 or 200 mm centres.
