Hempafire Pro 400 Fast Dry

A fast drying one component, solvent-borne, physically drying intumescent coating for passive fire protection of structural steel against cellulosic fires.

Features and benefits:

Very competitive loadings results in reduced paint consumption in PFP projects.
Faster drying times thanks to lower thicknesses to apply.
Very good aesthetic finish, easy to apply and suitable for in-shop and on-site.
Same product can be used for all type of steel sections (open, hollows, cellular beams).

Application method:

Airless spray.
Brush.

Drying time:

Determined for dry film thickness 800 micron (32 mils) at standard conditions. Indicative values at 20ºC; Surface dry: 15 minutes, Through-dry: 16 hours.
