Kingston University: Town House

RAICO teamed up with Grafton Architects and Deepdale Solutions Ltd on this six‑storey educational extension, completed in 2020 . The building’s façade employs RAICO’s THERM⁺ A‑V aluminium curtain‑wall system, marrying sleek design with modular efficiency . Inside and out, it breathes openness: generous glass panels reveal dynamic teaching spaces and invite natural light, cultivating an atmosphere that’s as welcoming as it is modern . Sustainability wasn’t just wallpaper—walls are built from recycled bricks, while green roofs and courtyard gardens weave a softer, environmentally minded thread through the architecture  .
