Huge Resin Driveway

Overview

Oltco installed 700m2 of a Resin Bound surface in the blend ‘Polzeath’ for new client Kim Greenow. The customer was looking for a modern surface to match the contemporary building.

The Brief

Oltco was contracted to install a permeable Resin Bound surface for Kim as she needed a surface that required little maintenance and would look fresh for years to come.

It was an easy decision for Kim to choose Oltco because of the team’s excellent customer service and 15 years of experience. Oltco’s Resin Bound solution is also SUDS Compliant (Sustainable Urban Drainage System) meaning that water drains away quickly – an important factor for Kim.

Our Solution

Due to the job being such a large coverage, it was to be completed in sections to avoid disruption and provide easy access to the property. Oltco’s team of highly skilled installers completed the driveway with excellent attention to detail and provided a seamless finish in just five days.
