New build driveway and patio installed in Bournemouth

Overview

Oltco South Central installed a 613m2 Resin Bound driveway and a 340m2 pathway & patio area in our blend Kynance and a custom blend for Mrs Aris.

The Brief

Lindas property was a new build development on an existing site. She required a company that could facilitate all works to an excellent standard including hardscaping, sleeper retention walls and a Resin Bound surface.

Our Solution

We facilitated all groundwork and hardscaping of the entire site, installed a 613m2 driveway in our Recycle Bound surface and a further 340m2 to the patio area in a custom blend and cleared site after all work was complete. The job took 3 months in total to complete and the client was extremely pleased with the end result.
