The Profab 3000 Series Loft Hatch is designed to provide access between 50mm wide timber truss/joisted plaster/plasterboard ceilings, where access to the loft space is required. The 3000 Series Loft Hatch includes a metal door and is insulated for thermal efficiency.
It is available with a 1 hour fire rating (1FR) or as a non-fire rated option (NFR).
