Developed to provide the necessary preparation of substrates, insulations and underlayers prior to the installation of Self-Adhesive membranes.
The product can also be used with torch-on membranes as well as a foil contact adhesive and fleece-backed membrane adhesive.
Bauder Bitumen Compact Vertical Outlet DN 100
Bauder Ltd
A thermally insulated cast polyurethane rainwater outlet with vertical spigot giving thermal continuity. The outlet comes with a pre-attached bituminous flange to ensure waterproofing integrity between the outlet and membranes. The BRE Certified (report no. HPR357-303748) high thermal value of the rigid foam body prevents condensation from forming on the underside of the outlet body.
Outlet has a flow rate of 6.1 litres/sec based upon requirements of BS EN 12056:3:2000.
Only to be used as part of a full Bauder Bituminous Waterproofing System.
Bauder Bitumen Vertical Outlet DN70 & 150

Bauder GRP Trim & Bauder GRP Watercheck Trim are made from glass reinforced plastic. GRP has a far lower coefficient of thermal expansion than aluminum or steel meaning less movement at the joints, along with a higher strength to weight ratio.
Bauder GRP trims are to be used at roof edges in conjunction with Bauder bituminous roof systems.
The Watercheck Trim can also be used with Liquid applied membranes.

LiquiDETAIL is a fast curing, cold applied liquid waterproofing resin, for use on the detail area of the LiquiTEC Roof and Balcony Systems.
LiquiDETAIL is used as the detail waterproofing in the Bauder LiquiTEC Roof and Balcony Systems. It is suitable for use in cold roof, warm roof and inverted applications.
It is also used as cold applied liquid detailing for standalone gutters and in Bauder Reinforced Bitumen and Single Ply systems where hot works are not allowed or where complex details are present. It is applied by roller in two coats ‘wet on wet’, fully reinforced with Bauder 110g Reinforcement Fleece. The product is a PMMA based resin and requires the addition of catalyst to cure. It is solvent, isocyanate and halogen free.
Bauder LiquiFIBRE

LiquiFIBRE is a cold applied fast curing liquid waterproofing resin containing fibre reinforcement. The product is a PMMA based resin and requires the addition of catalyst to trigger curing. It is solvent, isocyanate and halogen free.
LiquiFIBRE is used when detailing awkward shapes or inaccessible areas where the use of LiquiDETAIL with Bauder 110g Reinforcement Fleece is impractical and there is minimal differential movement. It can be used with the LiquiTEC Roof, Detail and Balcony systems as well as Bauder Reinforced Bitumen and Single Ply systems.
The product must be mixed with Bauder Catalyst to cure. Bauder Catalyst must be ordered separately.
Bauder LiquiFINISH

LiquiFINISH is a fast curing cold applied liquid final coat for use with LiquiTEC systems. The product is a PMMA based resin and requires the addition of catalyst to trigger curing. It is solvent, isocyanate and halogen free.
LiquiFINISH is used to seal and bind the quartz wearing course in LiquiTEC Balcony, Walkway & Terrace Systems, and to provide the desired colour to the finished waterproofing. It can also be used to provide a colour change to the LiquiTEC Roof system and as the seal coat to maintenance heavy duty walkways.
The product must be mixed with Bauder Catalyst to cure. Bauder Catalyst must be ordered separately.

LiquiTOP Glass Fibre Mat is a porous 225gsm chopped strand glass fibre mat with an emulsion binder with one cut edge and one feathered edge.
LiquiTOP Glass Fibre Mat is used as the reinforcement in the Bauder LiquiTOP Roof Systems. It is suitable for use in cold roof and warm roof situations for new build and refurbishment projects.

The moisture triggered technology utilises atmospheric and substrate moisture to initiate the curing mechanism forming a fully cross linked polymeric waterproofing membrane.
