Harrogate Arms - RHS Harlow Carr

Our Reclaim range, a sustainable washroom solution, was selected for the refurbishment of the historic Harrogate Arms, located within RHS Harlow Carr. Featuring an eco-foam core made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, encased in E1 Grade and CARB2 MDF. This choice aligns with RHS’s ethos to sustainability and the natural surroundings of the site.The bespoke solid surface wash troughs, designed in collaboration with the project architect, feature organic curves in Corian Cameo White. The washrooms incorporate Reclaim’s cubicles, vanities, and duct panels in Polyrey’s Mousse (M047) and Chêne Colorado (C149) laminates, with Oak edge lipping and satin stainless steel ironmongery.Completed on time and within budget, the result is a series of nature-inspired washrooms and changing facilities that enhance the Harrogate Arms' restoration while reflecting RHS’s sustainable values.Read the full case study for more details.

Material Source Studio Glasgow | Female Washroom
Concept Cubicle Systems
As a founding partner of Material Source Studio, we collaborated with Creative Director Darren Clanford to design two unique washroom schemes for both male and female spaces. For the female washroom, our task was to create a cubicle scheme that resonated with the client’s rich, textured palette of burnt orange and grey.For this washroom, our Curve Privacy cubicles were selected, featuring floor-to-ceiling powder-coated pilasters in a bold burnt orange RAL shade (8004) paired with storm-grey cubicle doors and duct panels in Polyrey’s Gris Orage (G059). Their male washroom features a light, neutral palette designed to instil a sense of openness and brightness throughout the space.Our Identity cubicle range was selected for its sleek, flush doors and pilasters in Beige Nature (B116). As a founding partner of Material Source Studio, we collaborated with Creative Director Darren Clanford to create five superloos for their Manchester studio, located in the historic NOMA district. These washrooms reflect the studio’s vision of blending aesthetics with practicality.The lower-level superloos feature a vibrant design with Duct Panel Systems and vanity units in Polyrey’s Gris Orage (G059), paired with Sunlit Days Vanities in Arcilla Red, Cala Blue, and Posidonia Green finishes. On the ground floor, a sleek monochromatic scheme was implemented, using Polyrey Noir (N005) panels and solid surface vanities, fabricated from Corian Designer White.This project highlights the studio’s commitment to sustainable materials and our innovative washroom design, seamlessly blending functionality with the studio’s high standards for quality and aesthetics.Read the full case study for more details.

Rudheath Primary Academy

We collaborated with Washroom Fit-Out Company (WFC) to refurbish Rudheath Primary Academy’s toilet block, enhancing the space to align with the school’s ethos of inspiring learning environments.Our full height Force Privacy cubicles were chosen for their durability and aesthetic flexibility, featuring vibrant colours to create a rainbow effect. The six cubicles were finished in Polyrey’s Rouge Cerise (R036), Vinyle (V014), Zeste De Citron (Z016), Vert Bali (V109), Bleu Turquoise (B119), and Cyclamen (C189), with outer cubicles and pilasters in Noisetier Naturel (N056).For the handwashing area, We opted for an integrated plumbing system and laminate Duct Panel System, an aesthetic option to conceal the cistern work which also allows easy access for maintenance. Solid surface wash troughs in Corian Glacier White replaced the old sinks and sit on top of the CGL under panels.Read the full case study for more details.

Partnering with Washroom Fit-Out Company (WFC) we refurbished the ground and first-floor washrooms at Urmston Grammar, a co-educational school in Greater Manchester, creating safe, modern facilities for their students.Our Force cubicle range was chosen for its durability, featuring Compact Grade Laminate (CGL) panels and heavy-duty Satin Anodised Aluminium (SAA) ironmongery, designed for high-traffic environments. Solid Surface Wash Troughs in Glacier White by Corian were installed, which sat upon Laminate Vanity Units for easy plumbing access.The washrooms, finished with Polyrey’s Gris Cendre (G075) and Gris Orage (G059), provide a robust, stylish solution.
