This stunning modern property was finished using a ecorend MR1 Monocouche One Coat Render in a bespoke colour. The bespoke render colour was carefully produced by our expert team, before being applied over ecorend OCR and FX4 base coats.

We are delighted that the team at Redrow Homes selected ecorend Through Coloured Render Systems to add the finishing touches to the exterior of these stunning new builds.Situated close to the village of Radyr, the Danescourt development is the latest Redrow Homes project that features a range of impressive two, three and four bedroom homes and apartments.Completed by Harbour Render Systems Ltd and finished in MR1 Monocouche One Coat Render System, the chosen colour for this project was Chalk White – a soft, warm white, that adds a touch of brightness and complements the brickwork and grey accents.

This stunning development comprises 8 new build houses and 1 affordable house, each with a unique style.With a new blockwork substrate, the BBA-certified ecorend MR1 Monouche Render was machine-applied to a 20mm thickness. The increase in thickness is due to Carmarthen being located in a ‘Very Severe’ area on the UK Weather exposure zones map. The increase in thickness strengthens the render and protects the integrity against the harsher coastal weather.MR1 was a perfect choice for this location due to its high adhesion, water repellent abilities and breathability – and a selection of Antique White and Portland Stone colours were used. The differences are subtle, but provide variety and depth to the development.All 1400m2 of this simply stunning job was completed by Airless Plastering Wales.
