Bonnington Road Lane is one of the largest Built to Rent (BTR) residential schemes in Edinburgh with over 464 homes across 3blocks.Selected by Graham Group, Remagin’s engineered light gauge steel solution was utilised as the superstructure for the scheme. Gosforth is McCarthy Stone’s first development under the new Remagin brand, following previous successful schemes carried out at Hexham and Maghull (working with the former Sigmat brand). Remagin’s Thruwall solution was selected by D&G Contracting Ltd for a new three-storey teaching block at Thomas Keble School.D&G carried out the SFS package on the new teaching block, which is situated in near Stroud. The scheme to redevelop the existing site will include a mix of new build and refurbishment elements and is set to complete at the end of 2024.
