A brand new 11 storey student living block is being built on Leylands Road in Leeds. Known as 'The Fabric Works', the building will house 402 studio apartments upon completion.

Orchards Academy is embarking on an exciting construction project that includes the development of brand-new, state-of-the-art buildings. This ambitious £32.8 million project is designed to accommodate 750 students, offering modern classrooms, sports facilities, and various other amenities. A key aspect of this project is its commitment to sustainability and quality, with the use of Klasse G-board as the external sheathing board throughout the construction. This material is chosen for its high performance in insulation, durability, and environmental efficiency, aligning with the project's overall goals.

A city centre building in Dundee, Scotland used for retail and office space needed a facade remediation. TITAN, the contractors, chose G-board as the external sheathing board for the project.

2 brand new schools are being built adjacent to each other in Chelmsford. Sir Geoff Hurst school and Hawthorns school will both offer specialist teaching to children who need it. G-board is being used on both buildings.

A brand new, state-of-the-art hospital is being built in Berwick. Klasse G-board is being used as the external sheathing board for the two-storey steel frame structure. This modern project will include 712 pre-assembled modules, 52 fully fitted bathrooms PODs and 17 roof PODs that will be fitted into the hospital's two-storey frame.
