Novia Ltd was founded in the early 1990s as a specialist packaging and construction membrane company based in Kent. Novia Ltd manufacture and supply a wide range of building membranes for use in the building, construction and associated markets.

Novia Ltd is an ISO 9001 accredited business and focus on delivering the very best in customer service and product quality at all times. Our helpful and knowledgeable staff continue to make Novia one of the UK’s market leaders in building membrane technology.

Following from the success of BS 1521 Building Papers, Novia have grown to become specialists in Breather Membranes, Vapour Control Layers, Air Tightness membranes and Gas Barriers, along with the correct associated tapes and sealants to suit all of our range.

Novia Ltd also manufacture fire rated membranes for external (breather membrane) and internal (vapour barrier) applications, all approved and certified for use within high rise constructions.

All products meet the required current British and European standards where required along with full CE and UKCA certification. Novia provides a free general technical advice service coupled with an excellent website, which gives easy access to datasheets, product certification, information and technical details on our range.
