Werkman Tech leads the world in vacuum insulated glass technology. We are also and window, door and curtain walling systems manufacturer with offices or distributors all over the world and now in Europe and the UK. We are considered the world leaders in vacuum glass technology for always being ahead in new technology such as manufacturing both flat and curved vacuum units, and being able to manufacture units in both glass powder or metal welded edges. We also set new standards for performance and sustainability with our award winning GVG Window, Door and Curtain Walling systems.

We are one of the only manufacturers in the world to produce curved vacuum units and we also manufacture the biggest commercial units made from 8mm toughened sheets, giving a vacuum insulated glass unit at 16.3mm thick. We continue to push expectations and boundaries of vacuum glass performance, and our latest innovation is changing the way people conceive vacuum glass units.

Our latest advancement is vastly reducing the standard pillar size and grid layout in the industry. Our unit pillars are now 40% less visible than any other manufacturer in the world and as they have less thermal bridging, they have the best U value starting from 0.252 W/m2.K, and 0.452 W/m2.K as standard.   

To complement our vacuum glass units, we have designed a whole new vacuum glass range of windows, doors, sliding and patio doors and curtain walling and façades. Each system is designed to be the best, using super insulated frames, RC3 rated security systems, multi gasketed airtight seals and our vacuum glass units. We called them GVG systems and are Passive House Institute certified components.

We have other glass ranges that we have developed over the years and include electrochromic vacuum insulated glass units that come with a Ug Value of 0.4 W/m2K. These units have a control to change the clear glass into obscure coloured glass and back again, which shields a room from solar radiation or turns a clear glass office space into a private room.

We have just invented clear Radiator Vacuum Insulated Glass units, using our nano technology, which will heat up a room at a maximum of 70 degrees or less and is thermostatically controlled. This also comes with a Ug value of 0.4 W/m2K.

We manufacture semi-clear PV Solar Vacuum Insulated Glass units, which can produce an hourly rate of electricity at 125W/m2. Again, the units come with a Ug value of 0.4 W/m2K.

Together, all of our systems are designed to be the best in their field, last far longer than the competition, offer unparalleled thermal insulation and durability, be airtight plus our advanced PV Solar Glass technology can be added to the systems to turn windows into solar panels and also our Radiator Glass can be added too as a triple unit, fitted in our GVG ranges and give the building free heating.

The final benefit for all of our ranges is the price. As the manufacturer we want to make our products accessible to the general market, so we price to compete with far lesser product ranges, making our products the absolute right choice for all projects.
