CS Allway® PTC Series Car Park Joint Covers

A heavy duty, seismic cover for large expansion joints of up to 250 mm. The specially designed damper system allows the central cover plate to move freely and prevents the cover plate from ‘flapping’ noisily under dynamic traffic loads. Supplied with a high density reinforced polyethylene moisture barrier as standard.

• Joint width: up to 250 mm.
• Horizontal movement: up to ±125 mm.
• Vertical movement: up to ±25 mm.
• Lateral movement: up to ±50 mm.
• Load capability: 1000 kg point load.
• Fixing:
• Floor fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres and to achieve minimum 40 mm embedment.
• Wall fixings (by others) to suit substrate at 450 mm centres.
