HiSec Prison 358 Custodial Security Fencing System

HiSec Prison is a custodial 358 welded mesh security fencing system designed specifically for use on prison perimeters and secure mental health facilities.

Manufactured using a 76.2 x 12.7 mm mesh aperture with 4 mm vertical and horizontal wires, the close welded configuration restricts climbing aids and reduces the risk of contraband transfer through the fence line.

Panels are typically supplied at 2515 mm wide x 5200 mm high, with alternative heights available. Mesh is manufactured from pre-galvanised steel wire to BS EN 10244-2 Class A (Zn95Al5) standards to provide enhanced corrosion resistance and long service life.

Panels are fixed to Ministry of Justice approved circular hollow section (CHS) posts using full-length clamp bars and secure fixings. All panels are installed to the secure side of the posts to reduce the risk of tampering or panel removal.

The system can be enhanced with FST security topping, steel cladding, privacy screening or double-skin configurations where required.

HiSec Prison is manufactured in accordance with BS 1722 Part 14 and supplied in line with current MoJ / HMPPS custodial specifications.
