Google required a high-performance grease management solution for a new staff kitchen in the Watermarque Building, Dublin. The kitchen produces approximately 2,000 meals per day, creating significant volumes of FOG-laden wastewater. Compliance with Irish Water discharge limits and elimination of odour risk were key priorities. The installation location—a basement car park plant area—required a compact, robust and easily maintainable system.
