Application

Used as a high security fencing system where security is the top priority, suitable for areas requiring resistance to climbing and forced entry attempts, including perimeter security for commercial and industrial sites.

Description

The SolarGard Titan system features high security panels that provide a single wire fencing system stronger than deer fencing and other standard mesh fencing.

Features and benefits:

The tight mesh spacing creates a security fence that is very hard to climb, cut through, or force entry.
With SR1 rating, it withstands opportunistic forced entry attempts using basic tools like cable cutters, screwdrivers, knives, and hammers for a period of time.
Panels and posts are galvanized before being powder coated to BS EN 13438:2005 with a minimum 100 micron coating.
Standard colour is RAL 6005 (Moss Green), with other RAL colours available as special order including marine grade coating.
Post options include cranked posts (internal and external/top and bottom), face fix for flush against walls, threaded insert posts, and base-plated posts available as special order for installation onto concrete and other hard surfaces.
Post size varies with height, with post material manufactured to BS EN 10210-2:1997 and galvanized to BS EN 10346:2009.
Weld strength is 75% of the minimum tensile strength of the wire (tensile range 540-690 N/m²).
Mesh size is 12.5 x 76.2 mm with 4 mm wire.
Fixings include clamp bars and M8 stainless steel security bolts.
